About Us

SecureSheet Technologies, LLC is a privately held company which began in 2003 with a vision for creating a simple way for businesses to communicate more effectively. Leveraging existing technologies, and focusing on easy adoption for users, SecureSheet has transformed the ordinary spreadsheet, into secure, multi-user, web based, business applications.

SecureSheet has successfully helped its customers address a wide variety of needs. From large, multi-national enterprises looking for a quick solution to tackle one-time, short term projects to small or medium sized companies looking to turn their current spreadsheets into full blown, on-going applications, SecureSheet has solved their problems.

Chairman

Robert F. Bernstock
Bob Bernstock is currently president of the USPS Shipping and Mailing Services. He is responsible for all product management, product development, and commercial sales. The division that he leads produces more than $70 billion in annual revenue, and has integrated roles in pricing, operational support, service enhancements, partnerships, and investment activities - all critical to the success of postal products.

Bob has successfully led multi-billion dollar corporations through periods of substantial growth by developing many new products and services and relaunching and expanding existing product lines for distribution on a global scale. After earning an MBA from Harvard Business School he began his career with Kraft Foods, Inc, and held positions of increasing responsibility over an eight year period. He then joined Campbell Soup Company, and, over a 13-year timeframe, held leadership positions including president of both the North America and International divisions and executive vice president, the second-highest position in the company.

An innovative marketer and brand builder, Bob has held positions of leadership in some of the nation's most recognizable companies. As Chairman, CEO, COO, President or General Manager, he has directed multi-national businesses including Campbell's, Vlasic Foods International, Atlas Commerce, Inc., the Dial Corporation, Scott's Miracle-Gro, and Securesheet Technologies.

Bob has served as director on nine public and private company boards, including Nutri-System Inc., The Pantry, Inc., KBL Acquisition Corp. IV, First Brands, VFI Inc., and VerticalNet. He has served as director and executive committee member of the U.S. Council on Competitiveness and the National Food Processors Association, both located in Washington DC, and the Columbus (OH) Chamber of Commerce. He also has been a director on five other civic or non-profit boards, including the Conference Board of Canada, Rowan University College of Business Administration, and the Campbell Soup Foundation.

Founders

Joseph H. Holland
Joe is one of the inventors and architects of the SecureSheet software and has over 15 years of business systems experience. Prior to founding SecureSheet Technologies, Joe was a co-founder of Atlas Commerce, Inc., a leading provider of Global Sourcing Software for Fortune 500 companies, which has since been acquired by Verticalnet. He was also the top Major Accounts Sales Consultant for Systems & Computer Technology, as well as a Software Manager for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in their Industrial Products group.

Joe received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University Of Michigan.

Mark W. Byrd
Mark, also an inventor and architect of the SecureSheet software, has over 20 years of ERP and Supply Chain software experience. Prior to SecureSheetâ„¢, Mark was a co-founder of Atlas Commerce, Inc., a leading provider of Global Sourcing Software for Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Mark's career has included various leadership positions in application software for both Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Systems & Computer Technologies.

Mark received a B.S. in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Michael W. Baumann
Mike brings over 20 years of high tech, ERP, and supply-chain software management and sales experience to SecureSheet. Prior to founding SecureSheet, Mike built a successful career at Verticalnet, Atlas Commerce, Ariba, Systems & Computer Technologies, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and Hewlett Packard, focusing on management and business development across a number of industries. As Senior Sales Executive, Mike has successfully led two separate start-up companies from incubation to acquisition by publicly traded companies.

Mike received his B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University , and his MBA from the University of Dallas .
