How do I
start? We provide the SecureSheet software as both a
hosted service and a licensed product. All you need to start is
the email address(s) of the user(s) who will be creating and
managing your SecureSheets™. We also offer a free
trial.
Online
Support
We provide online help and tutorials for
registered users. You can access this help by
logging into SecureSheet and
clicking the "Help" link. In addition, we have
several templates that can be used as starting points or
examples. These can be accessed by selecting "Create
From Pre-Defined Template" when creating a
SecureSheet™.
Email
Support
We monitor support email 7 days a week
and provide standard email support to our customers,
Monday - Friday 8 AM to 6 PM EST. Email requests for
support can be sent to support@securesheet.com.
Custom
Support
We provide custom support for an
additional fee, including phone support and dedicated
support tailored to a customer's requirements. Contact

QuickStart
Services
Many times our customers are looking for
assistance in getting their projects implemented quickly.
They may not understand spreadsheets or they may not have the
time to put together effective business processes in a reasonable
amount of time. We have dedicated SecureSheet™
resources with many years of experience
understanding business requirements and creating mult-user
web-based business applications. The
QuickStart Service is $299 and includes initial
design, review, training and go-live to help get your project up
