Use of Information
As a matter of policy, we do not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent (opt-in). All financial and billing information that we collect through the Site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for the Service. This billing information is not used by us for marketing or promotional purposes. We use a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. We may also share information with a credit reporting agency in order to check the qualifications of prospective or existing customers.
Data Types and Purposes
The only personal information data types we require are email addresses, passwords and names for the purpose of log in processes, audit trail tracking and authentication involved in obtaining access to password protected parts of our web sites. Decisions regarding what additional data get hosted and who is allowed to access that data are made exclusively by the customer. This includes any personal information entered by users on the Site. Any sensitive information that you provide will be reasonably secured with applicable industry standard protocols and technology. Users of our sites are responsible for maintaining the security of any password, log in email address or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to password protected parts of our web sites.

Data resulting from your use of the Site and the Service is stored on servers located in the United States. We only retain data for as long as needed (according to our licensing arrangements with our customers) for the purpose of collection and will adhere to the privacy principles outlines in this policy notice for as long as the data is retained.
Access and Updating Your Information
We provide online mechanisms which give our subscribed customers’ the right to access the Data the Service holds about them and enable them to correct, amend, or delete information that is either inaccurate or processed in violation of privacy principles outline in this policy. If you need to update or change registration information you may do so by editing the applicable user or organization record. To update a user or organizational profile, log on to securesheet.com and select the “Edit My Profile” option. Additionally, if you wish to delete your information, you can contact your organization’s SecureSheet Administrator to remove your data through the “Sharing” and/or “Edit Email (User) Administration” options.
